"What Does it Take to Be An ICT-Student"

          As one of the students entering in a great school is a gift from God. Because not all students are given a chance to enter in a nice and comfortable school. It's true that we are in a new world, the high-tech world. 

          As one of the students entering in a great school is a gift from God. Because not all students are given a chance to enter in a nice and comfortable school. It’s true that we are in a new world, the high-tech world. But what does ICT stands for??? Information and communications technology or 

information and communication technology,usually 

abbreviated as ICT, is often used as an extended synonym 

for information technology (IT), but is usually a more general 

term that stresses the role of unified communication.

As a student having a computer subject or ICT (Information Communication Technology is quite hard. Hard to understand and use the computers.But it’s interesting and really enjoy it especially looking my posts in my own blog. But then in order to become an ICT student, we must follow the rules. And this being an ICT student is great chance given to me that I wont waste, I have dreamed of learning more about computers. I want to enjoy more using computers and I want to explore more.So thus, it takes only chances ti become an ICT student.

"AFTER TEN YEARS. . . "

             Dreams are successions of images, ideas, emotions, and sensations that occur involuntarily in the mind during certain stages of sleep. The content and purpose of dreams are not definitively understood, though they have been a topic of scientific speculation, as well as a subject of philosophical and religious interest, throughout recorded history.
           As I lie on my bed many questions strikes on my mind.What will I be after ten years??? Will I succeed in life or I will I failed in achieving my goals.My first target is to become a good teacher to my students. I will continue the unfinished path of my father. 
         After ten years I'm siting at my table in a four corner classroom. I successfully made it. I'm now an elementary teacher and I'm happy with my work. I'm now starting to repay the sacrifices of my dear parents. I am now starting to embrace the world of teaching. 
        This are all my dreams and I will do my best to achieve my aspirations in life and to have a peaceful life in the future. After ten years. . . . 

KANNAWIDAN: THE YLOCOS FESTIVAL

Vigan Philippines which is located in Ilocos Sur Province, is famous for the old massive stonewalls and Spanish brick houses which date back to the Spanish colonization period and no they are celebrating their Kannawidan Ylocos Festival. It will be held in front of Provincial Capitol Hall and Quadrangle, Plaza Salcedo,.The Kannawidan fest will follow immediately after the 10-day Vigan Longganiza Festival from January 16 to 26.The Vigan Philippines festival aims to harness Ilocos Sur's rich historical values and products in order to attract foreign and local tourists and investors. The Vigan City  took on a festive mood from January 28 to February 3, 2010 as the province of Ilocos Sur celebrated the Kannawidan Ylocos Festival. Incumbent Governor Deogracias Victor “DV” Savellano      started the festival three years ago to celebrate the culture and heritage of Ilocos Sur.Kannawidan opened with a celebration of mass at the St. Paul Cathedral and a town procession of the patron saints of all the towns of Ilocos Sur. The festival is set in downtown Vigan, at the Plaza Salcedo, where sights and activities are up for all visitors and residents. Native dances of the upland towns of Ilocos Sur have also been shown at Plaza Salcedo. During the opening day on January 28, a food festival featuring different cooking and eating contests will be held in Plaza Salcedo.The other activities are the presentations of cultural dances and costumes, opening of the trade fair with PINAKA contest and presentation of Partuat and Patanor, the Tourism Travel Mart, job fair, exhibition of vintage equipment and native art’s contest, Senior Citizen’s Fun Run, mobile passporting, Fashion show, Piano Concert and Marching Band Competition, Horse-racing contest and search for Saniata ti Ilocos Sur, Showcasing of indigenous musical instrument and Zarzuela presentation, and the awarding of outstanding Ilocos Surians. There are also celebrities that made the fiesta more exciting and amazing…

REFLECTION

            Third Grading Period-I've learned a lot. The different exercises that we done using the notepad that contains the different images and making web page.These exercises can contribute much on our knowledge about notepad and can widen more our knowledge in making a simple web page out of the notepad.
           This grading, I learned the word "cooperation" because of the web page, we rushed it just to pass on time and that's a group project and I'm the leader. It is very challenging task to lead the group. . Again I wish that my grade in this grading period in T.L.E will become higher. 

"NEW YEAR, NEW ME!!!"

       Goodbye 2011, Welcome 2012!!! It's New Year again! so what's your new years resolution??? Are you sure you can make that the whole year or maybe sometimes??
        We all know that it's hard for us to change and start new life. It's hard to change the things we used to do and things we always do in our everyday living. For me, I have no new years resolution because I know that I can't do that the whole year, I know that it's very hard for me to change and start new life again. I'm contented with my life but there are also things I want to change or things I want want to remove, but that's not a new years resolution, things that makes me so very bad and can hurt the feelings of others. One of that is being sensitive, I get hurt just only for a little thing and also easy to get jealous to my sisters or friends. And the second is being "happy go lucky", I don't know how I became like that but in the year 2011 I'm not that happy go lucky girl, I think that's because of my friends but it's Ok. I know I can change that attitude. I want my new year to be the new me, real me and the best for the others, not the bad one, not the worse one but the good and the best MEAN for him, for my friends and for my family. . . :))

"KEEPING IN MIND OUR MOTHER TONGUE"

Language?? the method of combining words used and understood by a large group of people, it’s the key to communicate to other. Words?? A phrase or something that is said by someone or you.

A mother, a friend, a companion in everything or everywhere, she’s the one whom I can lean on and the one I can hold on. She carries me for 9 months. Taking good care of me and sacrifices her life just for me to live and see the beauty of nature. After giving me birth, her responsibilities were not yet finished. She guided me as I grow up, she takes good care of me very well. She’s my first teacher. Taught me how to walk and also taught me how to talk. She teaches me different languages like Ilocano, English and Tagalog. The appropriate names of things and name of the member of the family, and also the good and bad. But as I enter to my new world I asked my mother if what’s my first word when I’m still a child and she said it’s “mama”. I feel the feeling of happiness, proud and very thankful. Happy because the first word I said was the one who deserves to be the best for me. Proud because I said that word. Thankful because I have a mother, the best teacher, the best mother for me and I love her as much as she loves me. . .

"ESSENCE OF CHRISTMAS"

Can you feel the cold breeze? Can you see the Christmas trees? The Christmas lights? That twinkles all around? YES!!! They are now alive. Christmas is coming! So Santa is coming to give gifts and new king will born, He will come to save and protect us.

Christmas??? Can you feel it?? It has its essence of giving, sharing, forgiving and loving. Giving, for those who need much of help, for them the word “giving” is their way of expressing their feelings that they need much for them to live. Sharing is for the people who are asking for help and asking to share some things or money for their family. Forgiving, for those who are waiting for another chance to be part of your life again, to make another smile in you to make her wrong works into right one. Lastly, loving is for the people who truly cares and sacrificing too much just for you. The one who can value you as much as you do.

As we all know, Christmas is one of the happiest moment happen in our lives every year. We can give, share, forgive and love all the time. Not only today but the essence of Christmas can feel everyday.
